Paul Garbaczeski has 30 years experience of progressive responsibility developing and managing software-intensive commercial products and systems. He held development positions with GTE and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, management positions with Raytheon Corp, and executive positions with companies such as Critical Path, Salient Corporation, and SBE Inc. During his career he also consulted to scores of other companies, and founded and operated a communication systems company serving airlines worldwide. His collective experience allows him to apply expertise for the benefit of others who require assistance in software development and quality management, business decision support, organizational transformation, and reversal of problematic situations quickly. He holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MS Computer Science from Boston University.
Iftikhar Khan has 15 years of experience in software development and Quality Assurance and managing projects over the entire software development lifecycle. He held development and quality assurance positions with Time Warner and SBC Telecommunications and management positions with Inara Networks and S1 Corporation. Mr. Khan has also consulted many start-up companies in Software Development Lifecycle processes leading to the production of quality products. His experience involves working with and managing teams domestically and overseas. He holds a BS Computer Science from Arizona State University and Master’s in Telecommunications from University of Colorado, Boulder.
